Bio:
Garrett is the youngest son of laywer William Harvell and his wife Whitney, he grew up in West Lake. He atteneded both private school and college, while in college he and Leann began a relationship. Once graduating they got married and he started taking over the family firm. Leann's battle with depression escalated after the twins were born and she was never the same, despite treatment upstate with a psychiatric facility.
Leann hung herself in the library of their home when the twins were eight and Garrett never forgave himself. He concentrated on the firm afterwards, where he met intern Sharon Morris whom he quickly fell in love with, the two were later married and she took over the role of mother with his kids and he became Callie's father. When the accident happened with Hannah, he tried his best to exonerate his daugher, failing. Eventually losing his mind and having his son admit him to Bridgewater.
Retuned home after a two year absence in a mental institution, never telling his wife or his family where he was thinking he had been driven mad. He was obsessed with clearing his daughter's name and began to hear voices and seeing things. Instead his son found him inside the house locked in his office in the madness and called Helen to help him. Eventually he got better and then returned home this year, hoping to get his life back on track.
