Prelude 2: Anything But Mine released! This is the second part of 4 preludes to air this summer!

Excerpt from Prelude 2:

Sitting inside Donovan Publishing Jessica Robbins adjusts her skirt again, as Alan shows her a tour of the building. Thanks to her father making a few calls, the job was easily handed to her, she can finish out her last year of college at home and everything is set into play. By the time she and Alan make their way to Jacob's office, her heart is already racing, will he remember her? It has been years since she has seen him, been with him her hopes are dashed, however when she spots the picture on his desk and his sister having lunch with him inside.

“Jacob, Hannah. You both remember Jessica Robbins correct?” Alan asks, making the introduction.

He has been having lunch with Hannah steadily over the last few weeks, talking over his upcoming decision he has to make about staying in West Lake or leaving for Europe for a year to run the overseas company. He has been trying to gauge his sister’s mind on where he stands with Vanessa and she is giving her no answer. Instead, she avoids the subject telling him it doesn’t really matter Vanessa is madly in-love with him and not to worry about it. When his father leads the blond over to them for an introduction he has to think back a few years for the name to click, a girl that he spent a few times with sexually while on break from school years ago.

“You went to school with Hannah, I remember you,” Jake says, shaking her hand.

For Jami (Princessjames21) cause she requested a b-day video from me for my series that I write. She adores Jake/Vanessa she wanted some new voiceovers and some effects so this if for her! So I complied some new voice overs, there was a scene that was in the preview that isn't in this one, because at the last minute I changed my mind.

Episode 19: Been A Long Day released!

Excerpt from Episode 19:

Kate adjusts her top for the fifth time since she has sit down at the country club table to meet her mother and brother for breakfast. She is starting to show, she noticed a few weeks ago when she placed her hand on the small bump. Afterwards, she immediately went shopping for some new scrubs and some bigger clothes. Cade still hasn’t called or spoken to her about the baby and the phone call from Austin that she rejected does nothing to ease her mind about any of it, spotting her brother she rises from her chair to hug him.

“Hey, you. What is this all about?” Kate asks, wondering why he called the meeting.

Shane takes a seat knowing that he is going to be delivering life altering news to his sister and his mother, though he fears that his mother already knows. The hospital was buzzing over her meeting with Peter a few weeks ago. He and Dr. Larkin had discussed treatments, he and Pete hadn’t spoken since the incident at the hospital. When he sees his mother approach the table he rises from his seat to hold out hers so she can sit down.

Helen has tried to put on a brave face ever since she woke up this morning, knowing what Shane is going to tell them. Looking over at her daughter she offers Kate a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek. Grabbing the napkin off the table to fold it in her lap, folding her hands on top to keep them busy.

Prelude 1: Come Away With Me released! This is the first of the 4 preludes to the series that will air this summer.

Excerpt from Prelude 1:

The waiters and guests are in attendance at the Donovan Estate for the annual start of the summer celebration, music is filtering through the house, the sun setting on the horizon. It’s the perfect weather outside on the lawn by the pool, where various guests have gone mainly the young and under thirty. Fresh out of high school, or halfway through college the conversation inside with the older group not fitting to their evening.

Hannah Donovan is outside by the pool enjoying the annual party for the first time in years, her mother was shockingly sober and her dather wasn’t out whoring around. Instead they were a family at a family party, thanks to her brother. Jake being home had changed a lot of things over the last few weeks, for the better. She would even venture to say normal, if it wasn’t for her friend making puppy dog love eyes at her brother.

“Really?” Hannah finally asks, looking at her best friend and raising her eyebrows at Vanessa.

“What?” Vanessa replies, shrugging her shoulders.
